Crystal joined the Wylie Vet team in August 2019. She started her journey in the animal field as a teenager cleaning kennels. During that time, she worked diligently to earn her Veterinary Technician and Grooming certifications at the Animal Behavior College. However, due to her passion for helping clients, she primarily works for us as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). She has three pets at home: Sterling, a cattle dog who adores naps, Duncan, a pit mix who shows love by jumping and giving hugs, and Kiki, a silly shih tzu who hates baths and gives a nasty stink eye. In her free time, Crystal enjoys cooking, playing video games, reading (she’s especially fond of the Harry Potter series), and spending time with her five kids and husband. While Crystal’s people skills make her an excellent CSR, she is also known as somewhat of a dog whisperer, able to put even the most nervous patients at ease. We’re delighted to have her on our team!
